pro rider day at flowmtb
Here at flowmtb we have the Norco World Cup team stayin. Fionn Griffiths, Joanna Peterson and Neven Steinmetz are on a two week training an rest stay at flowmtb HQ in Morzine.
On friday Jo and Fionn ran a dirtgirls special skills day. I was lucky enough to join them along with Jess, Susan, Shona, Sam and Dinny for some skills training in Les Gets. We improved our cornering, drops, and after a midday storm (we sheltered in the fantastic snack bar O'Kariboo) our mud riding!
